I am an independent proofreader with a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Biology and PGCE in Education, followed by an MA in Museum Studies. During the latter I researched and wrote a dissertation on visitor responses to the ‘London, Sugar and Slavery’ exhibition at the Museum of London Docklands. I went on to work with a research and evaluation company writing and proofreading reports around arts organisations, and undertook extra training with the Society of Editors and Proofreaders.
Some of my own interests include history, conservation, visitor studies and art, plus a great deal of reading (more history, science fiction, anything). I very much enjoy learning and am always happy to read about new subjects – including yours.
